- 4 cups Cabbage
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 4 ounces Cream cheese
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
