  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Rub over lamb chops and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 12 hours refrigerated.
