  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
