High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites are a creamy, chocolate-dipped, and protein-packed healthy treat. They combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • flaky sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Line a plate or small tray with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into about six evenly sized bites and place them on the tray.
  3. Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in short bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to coat. Optionally, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  6. Place the coated bites back on the tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets completely.

Notes

  • Use sugar-free maple syrup for a lower sugar option.
  • Swap dark chocolate with milk or white chocolate for variety.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer or fridge depending on desired texture.
  • To make vegan, use dairy-free yogurt and vegan chocolate chips.
  • For sugar-free, use unsweetened Greek yogurt, sugar-free peanut butter, and sugar-free chocolate chips. Swap maple syrup with a keto-friendly sweetener.
