  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Marinate the beef slices for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Place a small cluster of enoki mushrooms on one end of a marinated beef slice. Roll the beef tightly around the mushrooms.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
  5. Place the beef rolls seam-side down in the skillet. Sear for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
  6. Transfer the cooked Enoki Beef Rolls to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
