Easy Pickled Banana Peppers are a colorful and tangy condiment that enhances various dishes.

  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seed
  • 1 tablespoon Celery seed
  • 6 pieces Banana peppers

Instructions

  1. Combine the white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Add the mustard seed and celery seed to the boiling mixture. Let this simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the sliced banana peppers.
  4. Pack the banana pepper mixture into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
  5. Allow the jars to cool before refrigerating.
