1 cup White vinegar
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Mustard seed
1 tablespoon Celery seed
6 pieces Banana peppers
Instructions
Combine the white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the mustard seed and celery seed to the boiling mixture. Let this simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the sliced banana peppers.
Pack the banana pepper mixture into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
