- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup (100g) panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup (60g) mayonnaise or ranch dressing
- Optional: sliced red onion, cucumber, or pickles
- Slice chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat chicken strips in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat fully in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Heat tortillas briefly so they’re soft and pliable.
- Spread sauce on tortillas, add lettuce, tomato, cheese, and crispy chicken strips.
- Toast wraps in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
