Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen is a rich and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with creamy broth and ramen noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same pot, add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the ramen noodles to the pot. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce. Mix well until combined and creamy.
  7. While the noodles are cooking, slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
  8. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the broth. Let it simmer until thickened.
  9. Add the sliced chicken back into the pot, mixing everything together gently.
  10. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  11. Ladle the creamy ramen into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
