  • 2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 3 cups Cornflakes
  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and maple syrup or honey.
  4. Crush cornflakes into fine crumbs and place in a third bowl.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with cornflake crumbs.
  6. Arrange coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
