1 cup Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate melting wafers (rich flavor for a luxurious coating)
Instructions
Pour the ½ cup of nonpareils into an 8 or 9-inch baking dish, spreading them evenly. Set aside for later use.
Place 1 cup of Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers in a glass bowl. Microwave for one minute, then stir until the chocolate is smooth.
Spoon the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag and snip off one corner. Use it to swirl circles of chocolate onto the prepared nonpareils.
Carefully transfer the dish to the refrigerator and let it chill for about 15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to set.
Lift each chocolate piece from the nonpareils, tapping off any excess chocolate. Repeat the process if desired.
