This no-bake Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie combines a creamy peanut butter filling with a buttery graham cracker crust and mini chocolate chips — a rich, chilled dessert perfect for parties or holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 7–10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Stir in mini chocolate chips, making sure they’re evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  9. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with extra chips if desired.
