- 24–30 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or shredded cheese rolled into balls)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Crushed red pepper flakes

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
