    • 3 Tbsp Grainy Mustard
    • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
    • 1 Tbsp Shallots, finely minced
    • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves, chopped
    • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • For the Salmon:
    • 2 fillets Salmon Fillets
    • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grainy mustard, minced garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Coat each salmon fillet evenly with the marinade.
  4. Broil the salmon on the prepared baking sheet for 8-10 minutes, until the top is golden and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the broiled salmon garnished with additional thyme and lemon slices.
