  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  7. Pour glaze over warm brownies and spread evenly.
